Rich Jacobson - REALTOR®/Licensed Broker
I have been a licensed REALTOR® and Broker for nearly two decades, and currently serve clients in the Western Puget Sound area.
My family roots go down deep in Washington State soil. My Mom was born out on the coast, where her Dad was the local Sheriff and Game Warden, and eventually became a tug boat captain here in the Puget Sound. One of my first visits to the Kitsap Peninsula came back in 1977, courtesy of Uncle Sam, when I served onboard a nuclear ballistic submarine, the USS George Washington (SSBN598), and we pulled up to the pier at Bangor Sub Base to on-load missiles.
Nearly 25 years later, my own family and I made Kitsap County our home, spreading our roots here for generations to come! (Our family is compromised of my beautiful wife of 35 years, 4 adult kids, and 8 grand kids.
My wife and I are proud residents of Poulsbo WA (Little Norway), a quaint Scandinavian waterfront village, nestled along the shores of picturesque Liberty Bay, where we are restoring/remodeling a 1940's bungalow into our home. We lovingly refer to it as the "Chicken Coop" because the house was originally part of a 5-acre farmstead, and the house is situated on top of where their chicken coop was!
My market area (Western Puget Sound) is rather extensive, where I provide relentless representation and knowledgeable empowerment for my clients of residential properties and vacant land from Gig Harbor in Pierce County, into portions of Mason County, including Belfair, Allyn, Union, Grapeview, and Tahuyah, all of Kitsap County, including Olalla, Port Orchard, Bremerton, Seabeck, Silverdale, Keyport, Poulsbo, Port Gamble, Indianola, Suquamish, Kingston, Hansville, and Bainbridge Island, and over the Hood Canal Bridge into Jefferson County, including Port Ludlow, Shine, Quilcene, Brinnon, Chimacum, Port Hadlock, and Port Townsend.
I am a Master Crab Killer, Clam Digger, Oyster Shucker, and Boat Owner (Boston Whaler Dauntless), and Social Media Evangelist bragging about the amazing quality of life here on the scenic Kitsap Peninsula!
